1. General Information

Welcome to Seaside Showroom. By using our services, viewing, buying, or selling through us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before taking part in any transaction.
Seaside Showroom reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Selling Items

  • All items offered for sale must be legally owned and not stolen, fake, counterfeit, or illegal.

  • We do not accept the sale of weapons, drugs, prohibited materials, or any item deemed inappropriate.

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring all item descriptions and photographs are accurate, honest, and complete.

  • Seaside Showroom reserves the right to refuse or remove any listing that breaches these terms or appears suspicious.

3. Payment & Commission

  • All payments (cash or card) will be handled in person by a member of the Seaside Showroom team at the time of sale.

  • A commission fee will be agreed upon before the sale. This fee must be handed over in full once the transaction is completed.

  • If a seller fails to provide the commission as agreed, Seaside Showroom reserves the right to take further action to recover the amount owed, which may include legal steps or exclusion from future sales.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a sale has been completed.

  • Before purchase, buyers will receive clear photos and video evidence of the item to confirm its exact condition and note any marks, defects, or damages.

  • By completing the purchase, the buyer confirms that they have viewed and accepted the condition shown in the provided images and videos.

5. Delivery & Collection

  • Local delivery within Southport can be arranged by Seaside Showroom’s team for an additional charge, depending on distance and item size.

  • Delivery outside Southport may not be available. In such cases, buyers must arrange and pay for their own courier or delivery service.

  • Seaside Showroom is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by third-party delivery companies.

  • Collection in person can also be arranged by appointment with our team.

6. Liability & Responsibility

  • Seaside Showroom acts as an agent and facilitator between the buyer and seller and does not claim ownership of any item unless otherwise stated.

  • We make every effort to ensure honest and transparent transactions but are not liable for disputes arising between buyers and sellers outside our involvement.

  • All users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally when dealing with our staff or other customers. Abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity will not be tolerated.

7. Safety & Verification

  • For security reasons, all transactions are recorded, and item details may be verified before sale.

  • Seaside Showroom reserves the right to request proof of ownership or identification for any listed item.

  • Any suspicious or illegal activity will be reported to local authorities immediately.

8. Damage & Inspection

  • Buyers are encouraged to inspect items upon collection or delivery to ensure they match the provided photos and videos.

  • Seaside Showroom will not be responsible for any damage caused after collection or during third-party transport.

9. Privacy & Data

  • Personal information shared with Seaside Showroom (such as contact details, photos, or payment info) will be kept confidential and used only for transaction purposes.

  • We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required by law.

10. Agreement

By buying, selling, or communicating through Seaside Showroom, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
